Going to be in 'lock down' for a while yet, but these visitors to my garden (along with 27 degrees one day and snow the next!), have made it an interesting week.
These are some of my favourite fauna and flora images from the past week, all taken with my Nikon D500 and a variety of Nikon lenses.

In addition to the wildlife, I have photographed some of the flowers, that are currently brightening up the garden. Some of these are so tiny, that they measure less than 10mm across. In fact, it would be easy to walk past them without even noticing they were there!
I'm no botanist, so unable to name them all. However, their beauty, has certainly brightened up the current situation, that we have all found ourselves in.

To encourage them to visit each day, I continue to ensure that our bird feeders are kept clean and replenished with a variety of seeds, suet, nuts etc. Some birds will happily use the feeders, but don't forget that many species are 'ground feeders' and will also need suitable feed, left out on the ground for them. In addition, it is important to top up water containers, so that they can easily find a drink.
